Philip Glasgow, widely known as “RotiMan,” is the Co‑Founder and Culinary Director of The Family Tree BVI Limited, which he owns and manages alongside his wife, Ayana Gore Glasgow. Together, they lead a portfolio of ventures that includes Naturally Tasty by ROTIMAN — a flagship restaurant, bar, and lounge — as well as property management, catering, and immersive Taste & Learn culinary experiences.

Born and raised in the British Virgin Islands with family roots in Barbados and St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Philip’s culinary journey began in his youth, guided by tradition, instinct, and a love for bold Caribbean flavors. His nickname, “RotiMan,” reflects his mastery of roti — a dish that has become his signature and earned him a loyal following across the islands. What started as a mobile operation grew into a celebrated hospitality hub, with Philip’s food at the center of its success.

Philip’s leadership is defined by authenticity, craftsmanship, and cultural pride. In the kitchen, he is a perfectionist, ensuring every dish embodies the spirit of Caribbean culture. His menus balance comfort and innovation, from grab‑and‑go favorites to dramatic fine‑dining presentations. Ayana Gore Glasgow is the Co‑Founder and a Director of The Family Tree BVI Limited, a dynamic company she owns and manages alongside her husband, widely known as “Rotiman.” Together, they oversee a portfolio of businesses that includes Naturally Tasty by ROTIMAN — a flagship restaurant, bar, and lounge — as well as property management services, catering, and immersive Taste & Learn culinary experiences.  

With proud Antiguan roots and a deep commitment to the British Virgin Islands, Ayana embodies resilience, creativity, and the entrepreneurial spirit of the Caribbean. Over the course of more than 15 years in entrepreneurship, she has transformed challenges into opportunities, scaling ventures with vision and authenticity. Her professional journey began in the corporate world, where she gained valuable experience in management, administration, hotel operations, and high‑end luxury sales. These roles sharpened her expertise in management, client relations, and brand presentation, laying the foundation for her transition into hospitality and business leadership.  

Ayana’s leadership blends hands‑on creative direction with operational strategy, ensuring every menu, campaign, and guest experience reflects the soul of the Caribbean. She is equally adept at formal government correspondence and investor negotiations, positioning The Family Tree BVI Limited for compliance, opportunity, and sustainable growth. Her achievements have been recognized with prestigious honors, including being named with RotiMan, winners of the first ever VIcon Entrepreneurship Award, a testament to their pioneering role in the region’s business landscape.  

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ayana is the wife of Rotiman and proud mother of four children. Her family remains at the heart of her vision, grounding her entrepreneurial drive in heritage, community, and legacy.
